Opening Guidelines

We are so happy to welcome you back beginning May 30th. We have set up new arrival instructions, with CDC guidance, while ensuring a safe and sanitized environment for our guests and technicians.

Scheduling and arrival instructions:

We will be calling before each appointment to confirm and screen. At this time, we will be able to update your credit card information (if needed) for pre-payment. Gratuities can be added via this service. We ask that you limit interactions with the front desk.

All scheduling can be done via phone or online, as usual. Please note that since it has been over 8 weeks since your last appointment, please schedule a full set for your initial visit.  You may also schedule future lash fill appointments in advance at this time.

Heightened sanitation measures and updated guidelines:

  • Hospital grade hand sanitizers will be readily available in all rooms

  • All treatment beds will be sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectant after each appointment

  • A disinfectant lamp (UV-C light) will be placed in all rooms 

  • We will changing air filters daily in our space

  • We will be conducting temperature checks on all staff at the beginning of each day

  • All technicians will be wearing a protective face shield and face mask underneath

  • We will screen appointments for recent travel within 14 days and for any illness/sickness in the household

  • We are advising clients to stay in their car until a text is sent advising the technician is ready

  • Clients will be asked to remove outerwear and shoes before their   appointment

    • At this time we will not be offering socks. We are still requesting shoes to be removed, so please bring or wear comfortable socks

  • Clients will be required to wear a face mask upon entry and throughout duration of appointment

  • Clients will be asked to wash hands before service

  • We are requesting NO conversations be held during your service

  • We will be reducing the number of guests in our space at one time

  • Please be aware of social distancing within the space

  • We will not be providing contact cases or solution during this time

  • We will not be offering eye drops during this time

    • If you are allergy sensitive, please administer your own eye drops before your appointment

  • Full sets can take up to 2 hours; for added comfort, please bring headphones for added relaxation. We will ask that you have this set up and ready for listening before you enter the room
